[Music] hello I'm Miss Audra and today we're going to go camping so I want you to think about all the different sounds you might hear on a camping trip overnight the sound of an owl hooting the sound of wolves hopefully far away the sound of the crackling of the fire as you warm your hands together even makes a sound right maybe you're cooking over the fire just any kind of sounds that you might hear in the night so before we do that let's take our cleansing balancing breath here we go let's breathe in and as we breathe out let's warm our hands over that fire breathe in up and breathe out warm your hand all right so remember you're going to make a sound and you're going to make a move so think of something that you might maybe you're even fishing in a river during that camping trip or you're telling a story under a flashlight under your head so the count of three we're going to make our sound and movement one 2 [Music] 3 I'm making that sound together yes I'm going to make my sound oh oh oh oh oh oh oh and on the count of three we're going to pause one two nice wow think about all the beautiful sounds that you made together to create the soundscape of a camping trip let's take that last breath together here we go oh and blow it out nice job we'll see you next time [Music]
