Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship[Music] Hello friends I'm Miss Audra and today we're going to explore emotions so emotions can be really intense right and often they're accompanied by a movement if you're sad surprised or happy or sad and a sound right so start to think about that as we take our breath in together let's do that now here we go and hold and blow it out breathe in hold blow it out as we try to settle ourselves so think about all the sounds that come out of your body when you're feeling emotions whether you're angry or happy you know you might be laughing and joyful you might be sad and your shoulders might be hunched so this could even be how you're feeling right now today all right so think about those sounds and you can make a movement with your hand your arms or your whole body all right so on the counter three we're going to do it and I'm watch and then I'm going to add mine one 2 3 I'm going I watch [Music] it I'm going to make my and on the count of 3 1 2 3 we're going to pause raise think about all the emotions that happened in that room to create the soundscape of emotions today I'm so glad you joined us let's bring that breath back as we calm our bodies and study ourselves for the next thing here we go and a let it out nice job thanks for joining we'll see you next time [Music]
